The downstairs kitchen has two, commercial electric double ovens and hot plates, one of which is due to be replaced in 2019 with a similar gas cooker.
A huge commercial fridge provides plenty of space and there is a small domestic freezer also in place. We have additional freezer capacity available elsewhere on site if required. There is a large, electric salamander grill and a rotary toaster.
The kitchen is equipped with sufficient crockery, cutlery and pots & pans to cater for 50 people.
It is, however, large enough to use as a base for a bigger camp/event and we have catered for up to 300 with ease.
